I had a situation with a staff member in the office of the Leona Valley Elem. School this morning, one that should never had happen, this school has amazing people here the parents are the most friendly people Ive ever met I love walking up to this school with my child and hearing good morning from a total stranger it makes your day, but it is such a sad thing when a staff member is having a bad morning and makes your morning the same way this office member was rude and was unprofessional in so many ways. The good part about this was I contacted the superintendent and was given a courtesy call back that same night, I think the way she handle the situation was perfect and I was happy and satisfied with the whole conversation.so i have to say the office member of the Leona Valley elem. School is rated a 1 star, but I want to say that the superintendent of Westside District is rated a 5 star plus for her excellent feed back.
